Pawfect Pet Goods – Return & Refund Policy

At Pawfect Pet Goods, we want you (and your pets 🐾) to be happy with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and options.


🕒 Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

🔄 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect (wrong item received)
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (no return required in some cases)

⏱️ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After this, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled

🌍 Shipping Delays

As a dropshipping store, some items may ship from overseas:

  • Delivery times may vary
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or high demand are outside our control

📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
